Yesterday Sunday, I had the joy of participating in my first Etsy craft party. It was hosted by the lovely Sooz Stack of Tiramisuzi in her apartment in the outskirts of Chinatown. Now the thing is, if you have been following this blog since the early days, I had done lino cuts before (see entry Lino cut hearts and made a linocut print for my very first zine: Burst & Bloom). I just wanted to meet other crafters(especially now that I have the time). See photos below.
I never thought I would ever draw cursive text in reverse, but I did.
Met some other lovely people like Michelle of Antithesis and is also co-founder of the Handmade Movement Singapore and Katrina Alana who makes custom wax seals and her boyfriend, Lex.
After carving out, and waiting to be printed.
Sooz's awesome feather.

My final prints. I carved small patterns on a lino too.
I totally forgot to take a pic of Sooz. Maybe next time.
