December hath arrived.

It's that time of the year again. The end of the year. And just like last year, I created a Quote-A-Month calendar for the new year. This year, since I hadn't done new drawings, it gave me the opportunity to have the colors run in spectrum. Which is probably one of my favorite things to do (arranging things in spectrum ROYGBIV).

They can be purchased in my etsy shop, along with the individual drawings. :)

Sometimes you feel the need to be somewhere else

Did this last night while watching The Fighter and then Tangled. I know. Yes. Tangled. I needed something to ease off the drama from The Fighter. I thought Amy Adams was brilliant in that one. But maybe cos she was a tough chick. And Mark Wahlberg? Is it just me, or does he always get cast as a bad ass softie? The tough guy with alot of heart? Or maybe it's that voice.

Can you feel it?

Good vibrations. Sweet...sen..sa..tion.

There are 26 letters in the alphabet, but none as important as U.

The weekend. Is. Awesome. So far. Woke up at around noon and lazed and uploaded new items to my other Etsy store, Tuesdays with Mumu. I sell vintage dresses and stuff there. And I completed another drawing which I started last night. Somehow, I prefer how it looks like in pencil(below). Yeah, I know the quote is cheesy but I thought about it while at work yesterday and thought it was hilarious and I just couldn't wait to get started on it. Anyhoo, it's been a productive few hours and now I'm gonna head out and see that Kinetic Rain Installation at Changi Airport Terminal 1. It's really cool, you can check it out here. Can't wait to see it in person.

Fight the good fight.

Worked on this A2 piece over the weekend. Its one of four drawings that I was commissioned to do for a lady from NYC. Pretty pleased with how it turned out. Although I really should get a drawing table, cos working in bed is bad for my already problematic back.

I have been invited to be a part of two group exhibitions coming up. It'll be my first in a really long while that isn't photography related.
Good things are happening and I feel blessed. And I'm getting more and more inspired by the things around me.

Pardon the grainy photo, I've been shooting alot with my iphone these days cos of its convenience and pocket fit.

Have a good week ahead, folks. Check back soon. I promise more updates. :)
